Aqua Pros Expert Service Technicians use our 21 Point Opening and Closing Checklists to assure our pool owners their pools are Opened and Closed in the best way possible.  For best results, Aqua Pros has found there is a window of time pools that should be Opened and Closed.   We also suggest follow-up treatment for mid-winter treatment in some cases post-closing, and regular Free In-Store Water analysis for the regular swim season.  

Pool and/or Hot tub Water Care and Free In- Store Water Analysis

As a BioGuard Platinum Pool and Spa Chemical Dealer, Aqua Pros is your source for the finest in pool/spa water care products and services.  Aqua Pros highly trained staff of water care experts are trained and ready to serve pool and hot tub owners from our 3 Showrooms in Lynchburg, Bedford, and Salem.  Our BioGuard state of the art in-store water analysis equipment assures our clients that their water will be thoroughly analyzed, and the results individually documented and explained for their pool/spa’s condition.   

Our water chemistry experts take time to carefully explain how to treat the pool/spa water using the world’s best chemistry from BioGuard. 

Algae-Free Guarantee

Using Aqua Pros’ BioGuard Chemicals including Optimizer, Bring in a water sample for analysis every 2 weeks and Aqua Pros Guarantees your pool will NOT GET ALGAE.  If it does, we’ll provide the products necessary to solve the problem.  *provided of course customer uses Aqua Pros recommended products as recommended.

Swimming Pool Maintenance Programs

Swimming Pool Maintenance Available Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly*

Once a pool is opened by Aqua Pros’, our trained Experts also make house calls for those who don’t have time, are unable to care for their pool, or want more free time to enjoy their pool.   
We offer 2 standard levels of pool maintenance.  If you don’t see what suits, please let us know and we’ll make it special.   

Level I Pool Maintenance: Includes Water Analysis and Treatment with Aqua Pros’ BioGuard chemicals, Empty Skimmer(s) Basket(s)  Clean Filter:  Backwash Sand Filter (if needed), Cartridge Filter: Remove and place in Solution of Strip Kwik in container provided by customer.  Put customer’s clean filter in filter cannister.  Monitor Pool water level.  $55* 

Level II Pool Maintenance: Includes all Level I Service, PLUS: Remove Robotic Cleaner and Rinse Filter(s), or brushing pool surface with wall brush or spot vacuuming.  $85* 

*These rates apply only to Season’s chemicals and pool opening customers (combined). 

Vacation Pool Maintenance: Priced on request.  Regular service rates would apply in most cases. 

Chemical Delivery: Order your pool chemicals through us and get delivery at no extra charge with pool opening.   (Order early enough to allow a lead time for desired delivery date, delivery areas are limited to Aqua Pros’ service areas).  Chemical Delivery can be included with:  Pool Service,  Pool Opening,  Poolopening and maintenance as long as the order is scheduled in time to schedule with the service.
